Kristin is a fitness professional, strength, flexibility and fat loss coach. Certified massage therapist, crossfitter, trampolinist and passionate weight training devotee. Her education includes: BA in physical education, ME -Nutrition L3 C.H.E.K practitioner -2, HLC1, Crossfit certified (including courses in power lifting, Olympic lifting and mobility/WOD (workout of the day), California based Pilates Education (PMI, ITT -640 hours), Massage therapy education - SFSM, Hendriksen orthopedic (830 hours), NSCA, ACE, USAW, USAG.
EXPERIENCE: Taught pilates mat certifications in Oslo, Norway, and San Francisco, Ca. Developed a system for group fitness classes, San Francisco. Private training, group fitness, fitness education seminars.
TRAINING EXPERIENCE: Weight training, trampolining. static trapeze, flying trapeze, crossfit, m/wod, cycling, running, pilates and yoga.
She received most of her education and experience in the US.
Kristin's passion and speciality is muscle and movement. Strength and conditioning programmes are designed to improve joint, limb and tissue range of motion and therefore increased levels of fitness. Kristin also places great emphasis on lifestyle habits which affect the progress and success for fitness and body change.
All programmes are tailormade based on assessment, athletic background and goals.
Kristin also offers Swedish and deep tissue massage, stretch and mobility sessions based on mobility/wod, private pilates and postural assessments.
Kristin is here regularly on Saturday afternoons, but also available at other times so do call to request.
