Meg is founder of Real Life Yoga – a movement to help real people bring a little, or a lot, of yoga into their real lives.
Since she started teaching over 10 years ago, Meg has gone on to achieve over 800 hours of training with leading practitioners and has worked with thousands of people at all levels of bendiness – teaching in draughty church halls, at large corporations, for nation-wide gym chains, award-winning spas, and international luxury resorts.
She is driven by her belief that any body can feel better (happier AND healthier) with yoga. Her one-woman campaign against the perception that yoga is only something skinny, ridiculously bendy, Lycra-clad females can do whilst on a beach/in front of a temple, and purely for the sake of social media, is gaining ground every day.
Private VIP sessions with her can be the perfect introduction for anyone setting an un-bendy foot on a yoga mat for the first time, or for folks looking to develop an exiting practice, as well as for those recovering from injury or illness. The luxury of learning in this way is that the session can be crafted to exactly what you need, and tailored to what you most want to discover.
1 session = £65
Package of 3 for £180 (per person)
At the end of 3rd session, get an audio recording of the final lesson, and a PDF of notes of progress/crib sheet.
