Treatments

The Little Escape offers a wide range of treatments and therapies by well qualified, accredited and experienced practitioners. We offer services to make you feel better - all the treatments have this aim in mind! Some are more suited to serious health conditions, some are for wellbeing and relaxation, but all work on you as an individual, and all work with an awareness that the body and mind are irrevocably linked :)

For everyone

Most treatments are suitable for everyone and can benefit people from all ages and stages of life. Most can also be beneficial for both physical and emotional issues. We always recommend that you see your GP if you have any serious concerns about your health. We will refer you where appropriate, and are happy to be in touch with your GP with your permission. 

For babies and children

Particularly effective treatments can be Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Shonishin Paediatric Acupuncture, Baby Massage and Aromatherapy, Cranial Osteopathy and Homeopathy.  

For pregnancy

Treatments of particular benefit may be Pregnancy Massage (with Veronica, Sarah or Louise), Reflexology (with Gabrielle), Acupuncture, Nutritional Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopath, Homeopathy, Shiatsu, Bowen Technique and Herbal Medicine.  

For beauty

We believe that beauty comes from within - and when your body and mind are healthy; when you are happy, relaxed and smiling - your beauty will shine through :)
